On 7th and 8th July 2026, Bosco Samajik Vikas Sanstha successfully organized a two-day SEEP Teachers Training Program for teachers from 40 study centers with the objective of strengthening their teaching skills, project understanding, and community engagement. The program began with an inaugural session and guidance by the Director Fr. Jesu Robinson, Br. Savio D’Mello, and Fr. Monty Rodrigues, followed by ice-breaking activities, project orientation, behaviour and introduction sessions.
The first day focused mainly on innovative English teaching methodologies through charts, action songs, storytelling, games, and demo sessions, along with finalization of student records, concluding with cultural activities that promoted team spirit.
The second day started with prayer and review, followed by sessions on Mathematics and Marathi teaching charts, life skills education, and an interactive session on conducting parents’ meetings. The training concluded with an action planning session and wind-up, enabling all teachers to return to their centers with renewed motivation, practical teaching methods, and a clear implementation plan for the academic year. The entire program was coordinated by Mr. Krushna Shende.
